A Two-day Getaway in Malacca | Day 2

Let me continue my food hunting journey with tons of photos again.

So, it is day 2 and we decided to stop at here, the Baba Charlie Nyonya Kuih (Cake). It's located at the small alley opposite the Masjid Tengkera.

Remember to buy this ondeh-ondeh. It's a MUST BUY item. *thumbs up*

They sell very fresh and delicious kuih (cake), but it's advisable to buy the portion that you could finish within a day, else it's gonna be wasted. Trust me kay? I thought it's still okay to keep in the fridge for one day, but it turns out to taste differently.

Our next stop: Nadeje, a shop which is famous of the crepe cake.

Double chocolate crepe cake.

And the original flavour.

Hot chocolate for Xinli.

Spaghetti Bolognese for Shannie.

And Seafood Cabonara for me.

Next, it's time to pay a visit to the Baba Nyonya Heritage Museum.

The entrance fee costs RM12 for each person, but it is very worth for a visit as they will provide guided tours and it's gonna be fun.

The last stop before heading back to KL: The Jonker 88
As shown above, it is located at Jonker Street, and is well-known for its cendol ice-kacang.
It's a good sweet tooth to buy in this hot weather!

The cendol ice kacang!

So, this is the end of our food hunting journey. I'm looking forward to our next visit or trip perhaps?
