Basil, Le Bistrot @ Kek Chuan Road

Have been hearing good comments and seeing people visiting Basil, Le Bistrot lately, and I finally get to visit it on the last Saturday, when I'm having a day off.

Basil, Le Bistrot is offering all day brunch, so for those who are always a brunch-set-lover, this Bistrot can be an addition to your list. It is located at Jln Kek Chuan (exactly opposite UMNO building), and it's just a few shop opposite Dolce Dessert.
They have limited tables there, so if you're going during weekends or on a public holiday, it would be better if you call to make a reservation.

You can refer to the beverage menu hanging on the wall as the beverage choices are not listed on the menu given.

Simple and beautiful deco they have.
I love this small little corner, but too bad it's not suitable to be having meal there.

Apple juice || RM 9  &  Cappuccino || RM 9

"Big Breakfast" || RM 13
It consists of sausage, bacon, and sunny sided-up pilled on top of the slightly toasted Bagel.
Honestly, the bagel is quite hard to cut off, but it tastes good.

The usual must-have food for my brother
Ye Olde English Fish & Chips || RM 22
It has a classic beer battered sea-bass,with hand-out chips, fresh peas and homemade tartar sauce.
Overall it's just a normal fish and chip, but the chips are finger licking good!

Pan-seared Wild Seabass || RM 28
It serves with mash potatoes, poached onions and beurre blano.
Beurre blano is literally white butter in French. So, those you love cheesy food, you may have a try on this.
